Innovation & Growth Market (IGM)
Ideal for start-ups and mid-sized business ventures
Companies applying for listing on the Innovation & Growth Market of the Exchange must meet the following criteria:
- have gross assets of not less than $500,000 (excluding Goodwill);
- minimum equity capital of $200,000;
- subordinated Loan Capital (other than prior-charge) not more than 25% of Equity Capital;
- public shareholders numbering not less than 25 and holding not less than 25% of the Issuer’s outstanding total Equity Capital;
- market introduction and continued sponsorship by a Member of the Exchange;
- have evidence of competent management; and
- be incorporated under the laws of Barbados or another jurisdiction approved by the Exchange.
Main Market
The market of choice for domestic and regional conglomerates
Companies applying for listing on the Main Market of the Exchange must be able to show evidence of a successful operation, and at a minimum must:
- have gross assets of not less than $5 million dollars;
- have three (3) years of audited financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting standards and audited in accordance with auditing standards that are acceptable to the Exchange;
- in the case of a newly formed company provide three (3) years of projections;
- have evidence of competent management; and
- be incorporated under the laws of Barbados or another jurisdiction approved by the Exchange.
International Securities Market (ISM)
A cost-effective, tax-efficient market for a wide range of international businesses
Companies applying for listing on the International Securities Market of the Exchange must meet, at a minimum, the following criteria:
- a new applicant must be carrying on an active, revenue-generating business for at least its last three (3) financial years unless exempted by the Exchange;
- have three (3) years of audited financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting standards and audited in accordance with auditing standards that are acceptable to the Exchange;
- the total market value of the securities must be at least US $250,000 or equivalent (unless the securities are already listed on the ISM);
- at least 25% of the class of securities to be listed must be placed with public investors, except if the Exchange grants an exemption based on the total number of shares held by public investors.

- have competent management; and
- be incorporated under the laws of a jurisdiction acceptable to the Exchange;
