The Barbados Stock Exchange Inc. (BSE) wishes to advise that, in accordance with the Cease Trade Order of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) dated July 5th, 2018, it will be suspending trading of ALL GOVERNMENT SECURITIES available for trading on the board of the Fixed Income Market of the Barbados Stock Exchange. Kindly note that, “The Government securities subject to the Cease Trade Order are limited and restricted to the restructuring program as listed by the Government Information Service.”
The BSE will lift the suspension in accordance with the prescribed conditions of the Cease Trade Order: – September 30th, 2018 or when the Chief Executive Officer of the FSC revokes the Cease Trade Order.
