(BSE) wishes to advise that a block trade transaction in the shares of The West Indies Rum Distillery Limited occurred on the board of the Exchange at 10:58 a.m. on March 10th, 2017 between United Caribbean Rum Limited (Buyer) and Goddard Enterprises Limited at BDS $10.225586 per share. The BSE approved this transaction in respect of item (d) in Section 7.01.21 Block Trade Rules of the Rules of the Barbados Stock Exchange which states, a) "the sale and purchase of a listed security pursuant to a take-over transaction, conducted or to be conducted in accordance with applicable laws".
