The BSE wishes to advise that effective January 19th, 2024, Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) acquired 100% of Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited’s shareholding of the issued and common shares in Republic Funds (Barbados) Incorporated (RFI). VM Wealth Management Ltd., a subsidiary of the owner VMIL, has assumed the role of Administrator of the mutual funds previously administered by RFI. Consequently, RFI and the Mutual Funds have been renamed as follows:
