West India Biscuit Company Limited – Directors have fixed January 7th, 2022, as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on February 18th, 2022. Directors also wish to advise that this meeting, initially scheduled to be held at the Registered Office of the Company, Gills Road, Bridgetown will now be held at the Hilton Hotel, Needhams Point, St. Michael due to the current COVID-19 restrictions relating to physical distancing in Barbados.
