Depending on your internet browser, the form can be completed online and saved/printed to PDF. Alternatively, open the form in Adobe Reader, complete and save/print to PDF. Completed registration forms can be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.

Payments can be made via cheque or wire transfer. On receipt of the registration form we will automatically return an invoice and wire transfer instructions to facilitate payment for your attendees. On payment confirmation, links to the webinars will be forwarded to the contact person and the attendees (please ensure that each attendees email contact is included on the Registration Form). Cheques can be delivered to our offices by post or courier.
Cancellations can be made up to December 10, 2020. All cancellations must be received by email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org and are subject to a $25 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after December 10, 2020. Attendee name substitutions are allowed at any time. Please email email@example.com with the new contact’s information.
