Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Shareholders of Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited to consider the Scheme of Arrangement proposed to be made between the Company and the Shareholders scheduled to be held on March 13th, 2019 at the Hilton Barbados Resort, Needham’s Point, St. Michael at 5:30 p.m. has been postponed. The Board of Directors of the Company will fix a new date for the Shareholders’ Meeting shortly. Notice of the postponed Shareholders’ Meeting and the record date for determining the Shareholders of the Company entitled to receive notice thereof and vote thereat will be given to Shareholders in due course.
