Banks Holdings Limited – Notice is hereby given that, by resolution in lieu of a meeting dated January 20th, 2015, the Directors of the Company have now determined that the payment date for the final dividend of ten (10) cents per share will be February 11th, 2015, instead of February 4th, 2015, to Shareholders on record at close of business on January 30th, 2015 instead of the previously set record date of January 27th, 2015.
