(BSE) wishes to advise that the put-through of 154,383 shares in Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited at $2.40 by Sagicor Asset Management Incorporated, scheduled to take place on March 28th, 2017 was not completed in totality. As a result, 56,116 shares in Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited were traded at $2.40. The remaining 98,267 shares will be traded on March 29th, 2017.
