The Barbados Stock Exchange Inc. (BSE) wishes to advise that the Emera Deposit Receipt is a Sponsored Depository Receipt and thus its closing price on the BSE is based on the closing price of its base security, Emera Incorporated (EMA), which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). It is important to note that there may be instances where this security has not traded on the board of the BSE but, because of changes in the closing price of the base security on the TSE, a change in the price of the locally listed security will occur.
