The Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE) wishes to advise that an amendment to the number of Common Shares in JMMB Group Limited listed on the Board of the BSE effective April 13th, 2015 has been made. Effective April 15th, 2015, two (2) additional shares were listed bring the current total issued and outstanding shares listed in JMMB Group Limited to 1,630,552,532.
