Eppley Caribbean Property Fund SCC – Value Fund – Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC (ECPF) wishes to advise that 18.7% of its issued and outstanding Value Fund shares were acquired by its Fund Manager, Eppley Fund Managers Limited. The purchases were completed over the floors of the Barbados and Jamaica Stock Exchanges on September 13, 2024, and in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
