Trinidad Cement Limited – Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL") hereby advises that by letter dated March 8, 2016, the Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange ("ECSE") confirmed that TCL was delisted from the ECSE effective March 1, 2016. Accordingly, TCL's trading symbol was removed from the ECSE's trading board and all securities were transferred to the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository.
